From click to celebration: how hire works
Booking is straightforward: choose your inflatable, select your date, and confirm your delivery area. Most hires are delivered and set up between 8am and 12 noon,
with collection typically between 5pm and 7pm depending on the day and schedule.
What arrives with your hire
Your hire includes the inflatable, blower, extension cable, RCD plug, safety mats and safety instructions, plus set up and collection.
Please ensure a suitable 240V power supply within 30 metres of the set up area.
Space checks that prevent headaches
Most inflatables require clear access (around 3ft wide). Allow space around the inflatable for safe operation, and clear the area of garden items and debris
before delivery so we can set up quickly.
Payments, changes and weather
Many customers pay cash on delivery, with card payments also available via PayPal. Cancellations can be made up to one day before the booking date.
Weather related changes can be discussed on the day where required.

All inflatables are built and maintained to a high standard and are fully safety certified. We also hold public liability insurance and provide clear safety instructions
